The Jouy-en-Josas research centerThe Animal Genetics and Integrative Biology unit is located at Jouy-en-Josas, situated at approximately 20 km south-west of Paris and 7 km from Versailles. It is one of the largest INRA research centers where 1300 permanent agents work, representing 10% of INRA's working force.
Approximately 1000 tenure-track employees work at the center and every year, approximately 500 people are trained in its structures. The research center houses 33 laboratories (or research units). Nine of these units are joint units between INRA and other public organizations or universities.
